Here at CPPD, our Founders Jenny and Lynne have always worked under the principal that anyone who shows an interest in Counselling as a career path, should always have access to first class training - no matter where they are in the world.

CPPD’s roots and beginnings belong and continue to thrive in North London, but since our Launch in 1998, over time we’ve successfully expanded our presence globally. Today we run various international courses and programmes in Malta, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, China and Pakistan. We continue to explore other possibilities to add to our list.

A force for change.
Our story in Pakistan is one of unmatched success, but the landscape when we first launched was very different. There was no recognised mental health help for those in need and the options available we’re woefully inadequate.
We’re proud to be recognised as the frontrunners and responsible for changing the landscape of mental health in Pakistan, with the trickle down effect completely changing perceptions and opening up a world of possibilities. We were the first international institute to offer counselling training programmes in Pakistan and our now successfully established programme has continued to run ever since. In January 2019, CPPD UK franchised its name and the school to Samia Chundrigar, who now runs CPPD Pakistan.

Franchising CPPD has enabled faster growth and the ability to train more students, create more qualified therapists and reach many more people in need of help.
Embracing the CPPD UK ethos, a key part of the CPPD Pakistan philosophy is to respect and respond to each student as an individual, valuing the experiences and needs of each student, while also being responsive to the learning group as a whole.
